Vacancy at TJB Power Services

PT. TJB Power Services is the company which has been established for the business of Operation and Maintenance of Tanjung Jati B 2X660 MW Coal Fired Power Plant in Indonesia. Currently we are looking for:

A. UNIT CONTROLLER

Responsible for the overall operating of the Boiler / Turbo-Generator unit and auxiliary plant via DCS, communication and control of local Plant Operators activity, in accordance with laid down Operational Procedures, Safety Rules, best operating practices and other statutory requirements and regulations for the performance of his staff.

They also responsible for unit operation, monitor and coordinate the activities of field operators (turbine, boiler, FGD, ash handling, WT, WWT), and all production process to ensure all system function properly and safe as required.

Requirement :

– Holds Diploma Degree (D3)

– Minimum experience is 5 years in Power Plant Operation or utilities, and 1 years as unit controller

– Having knowledge in fire protection and fire fighting

– Having knowledge in electrical (high voltage)

– Having knowledge in basic mechanical (bearing system, hydraulic system, rotating equipment, etc)

– Having basic knowledge in C&I including PLC controller

– Having knowledge in chemical

– Having knowledge in electrical (high voltage)

– Good ability to communicate in English (speak, write, read).

– Willing to work on shift basis regardless to holidays or public holidays.

– Core Competencies and skills in : Good analytical, Organizational Commitment, and Developing Others.

B. ASSISTANT UNIT CONTROLLER

Assistant Unit Controller is responsible for assisting Unit Controller and responsible for unit operation, monitoring and coordinating the activities of field operators (turbine, boiler, FGD, ash handling, WT, WWT) and all the production process to ensure all systems function properly and safe as required.

We require:

– Holds minimum Diploma Degree (D3)

– Minimum experience is not less than 5 years in Power Plant Operation or utilities and minimum one year as an Assistant Unit Controller

– Has basic knowledge in fire protection and fire fighting

– Has basic knowledge in electrical systems including high voltage

– Has basic knowledge in basic mechanical systems like bearing system, hydraulic system, rotating equipment, etc

– Has adequate understanding in Power Plant process

– Has basic knowledge in C&I including PLC controller

– Good ability to communicate in English (spoken, written, read).

– Willing to work on shift basis regardless to holidays or public holidays.

C. FIELD OPERATOR

Field Operator is responsible for operating the equipment and/or facilities in their respective area such as boiler, turbine, WTP/WWTP or FGD as well as monitoring and coordinating the activities with Central Control Room (Unit Controller) to ensure all the systems function properly and safe as required.

We require:

– Holds minimum Technical Senior High School (SMK) degree, Diploma Degree (D3) is preferred

– Has minimum 3 years experience in Power Plant Operation or utilities, and minimum 2 years as an Operator

– Has knowledge in fire protection and fire fighting

– Has knowledge in electrical system including high voltage

– Has knowledge in basic mechanical systems including bearing system, hydraulic system, rotating equipment, etc

– Has basic knowledge in C&I including PLC controller

– Adequate ability to communicate in English (spoken, written, read).

– Willing to work on shift basis regardless to holidays or public holidays.

D. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

Perform supervision of electrical technician for maintenance preventive maintenance of motors, transformer, switchgear, high & low voltage, generators.

To ensure that electrical systems and designs are working properly and meet safety and standard requirements.

Requirement :

– Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering (Power Systems).

– Minimum experience is not less than 5 years in Power Plant on which 2 years in Supervisor level.

– Good understanding in Power Plant System.

– Good understanding in high voltage equipment protection and maintenance.

– Fluent in written and spoken English.

– Good interpersonal and communication skill.

– Good presentation, report writing skills and computer literacy.

– Core Competencies and skills in : Achievement Orientated, Analytical Thinking, Team Player.

E. CONTROL & INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN

Responsible to maintains and troubleshoot all equipments related to control system for the turbine, to ensure proper and safe of all control and instrumentation devices as required in accordance to PT TJB Power Services procedures.

Requirement:

– Holds Diploma Degree (STM or D3) from electrical, instrumentation or physics with experience 3-5 years in the same fields (C&I).

– Minimum experience is 2 years in mechanical maintenance; experience in the power plant industry is preferred.

– Deep understanding in control system, PLC, DCS.

– Good ability to communicate in English (speaks, write, read).

– Familiar with computer system and programs.

– Core Competencies and skills in: Team work, Achievement Orientation, flexible, initiative,

and relationship building.

F. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Responsible to manages, monitor and control all equipment of the plant in the respective areas (boiler, turbine and coal handling) to ensure all equipment are in effective condition to operate and achieve the optimum level of reliability within the safest manner in accordance to the company procedures.

Requirement :

– Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

– Minimum experience is not less than 6 years in Power Plant industry or other process especially in Mechanical Maintenance.

– Good understanding in Power Plant operations.

– Fluent in written and spoken English.

– Good interpersonal and communication skill.

– Good presentation, report writing skills and computer literacy (familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point especially software statistic).

– Core Competencies and skills in : Achievement Orientated, Analytical Thinking.

G. ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Requirement:

– Bachelor (S1) degree accounting or finance

– Familiar with Accurate and other Accounting Application

– Familiar with SAP application

– Familiar with finance reporting

– Familiar with tax report, mechanism and regulation

– Budget controlling

– Minimum 3 years working experience in the accounting/finance matters

Core Competencies and skills in: Detail, Integrity, Teamwork and Good in Filling and Archiving Management.

H. DEPUTY FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Responsible to lead, coordinate and direct all Finance & Administration department activities to support smoothness and timeliness of financial, material and administration services and reporting and to ensure the security and availability of plant operation in achieving company targets and objectives.

Requirement:

– Bachelor (S1) from any discipline, preferably engineering.

– 5 years working experience in Finance and HR, 2 years in managerial position.

– Solid experience in Project Management.

– Familiar with General Services, general affair and office management function.

– Having good leadership and partnership

– Core Competencies and skills in: Concern for order, Accuracy, Analytical Thinking, Interpersonal understanding, Impact and Influence, and Integrity.

I. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Responsible for Control, monitor and specifies appropriate electrical equipments and systems, to ensure that electrical systems and designs are working properly, low risk, operationally efficient and meet safety and standard requirements.

Requirement:

– University graduated from Electrical Engineering (high voltage)

– Having 5-7 years experience in power plant maintenance on which 2 years in supervisor level

– Good understanding in power plant system

– Good understanding in high voltage equipment protection and maintenance

– Having good communication skill

– Core Competencies and skills in: Team leadership, teamwork, analytical thinking, and customer service orientation.

J. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Responsible to manages, monitors and controls all equipment of the plant in the respective areas (boiler, turbine and coal handling) to ensure all equipment are in effective condition to operate and achieve the optimum level of reliability within the safest manner in accordance to PT TJB Power Services procedures.

Requirement:

– Holds Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.

– Minimum experience is 6 years working experience in the Power Plant Industry or other Process Industry especially in Mechanical Maintenance, at least 3 years at supervisor level.

– Thorough knowledge and ability of alignment process on rotating equipment.

– Thorough knowledge and understanding of power plant operations.

– Thorough knowledge and understanding of the pressure vessel.

– Broad understanding on the design of Boilers, Turbine and coal handling.

– Good ability to communicate in English (speaks, write, read).

– Familiar with computer system and programs.

– Core Competencies and skills in: Concern for safety, concern for order, initiative, leadership, and relationship building.

K. STOREKEEPER

Responsible for day to day warehouse activities includes material receiving, checking, storing, and issuing, recording and material delivery to the site area. These materials are including spare parts and other materials in accordance with the material management procedure.

Requirements:

– Holds minimal Technical High school (STM).

– Minimum 2-3 years working experience in warehouse, experience in the power plant industry is preferred.

– Good ability to use the software applications used for maintenance and material management.

– Proactive in keeping line management and the team up to date and informed on current and future issues within the job role.

– Good coordination and cooperation with other function as User.

– Good administrative to manage accuracy data of stock.

– Familiar with material management and material cataloguing.

– Capable to operate Forklift and Crane.

– Core Competencies and skills in: Concern in order and Organizational Commitment.

L. CONTROL & INSTRUMENT LEADER

Responsible to directs and controls the performance and maintenance of the power plant control system and instrumentation in order to support the plant performance in achieving its objectives.

Requirements:

– Holds Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical, Thermo mechanical, Power Generation and or Measurement and Control Engineering.

– Minimum experience is 6 years working experience on Control, Information Technology and Instrumentation in Petrochemical, Oil and Gas and Power Plant Industry with at least 4 in supervisory level Deep understanding in control system, PLC, DCS.

– Thorough knowledge and understanding of power plant operations

– Familiar with all aspects of control and instruments maintenance

– Thorough knowledge in the use of personal computer in applications for PLC software, instrument interface Software, spreadsheets, data base and word processing and maintenance management systems reporting

– Knowledge of the use of instrumentation as applied to plant performance and predictive maintenance testing

– Good knowledge of methods for troubleshooting and adjusting instruments and controls systems.

– Ability to detect and correct faulty instrumentation and control devices

– Ability to install special or sensitive instruments

– Good ability to communicate in English (speaks, write, read).

– Core Competencies and skills in: Concern for safety, Concern for Order, Team work, and relationship building.

M. CHIEF CHEMIST

Responsible to manages and monitors the plant chemical activities; perform laboratory tests; perform related technical work to ensure all chemical activities are in compliance with the environmental and chemical capabilities and standards at TJB Power Services.

Chief Chemist also responsible for operation management, administration, care, custody, house keeping and properly requesting for maintenance of the main parts of the Power Plant and related auxiliaries.

Requirements:

– Holds Bachelor Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering

– Minimum experience is 5 years within the Laboratory of Power Plant industry.

– Thorough knowledge and understanding of power plant industry.

– Thorough knowledge and understanding of complex water treatment system.

– Thorough knowledge and understanding of chemical control of water treatment plant, boiler, cooling water system, etc.

– Experienced as Permit to Work Assessor.

– Good ability to communicate in English (speak, write, read).

– Familiar with ISO

– Computer Literate

– Core Competencies and skills in : Good analytical, Organizational Commitment, Team leadership, and Developing Others.
